Let me share my terrible online shopping experience with GlassesUSA, a cautionary tale for anyone considering their service. They have still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. All I get from them is bot responses claiming it’s "in transit." I just want my money back, and I felt compelled to leave this review and keep engaging with customer service because their lack of response is infuriating, and I want to warn others to STAY AWAY from GlassesUSA.
Customer: I am calling about order #105081183. It was placed on February 24th, and I still haven't received my glasses or my refund. The tracking hasn't updated in weeks. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me pull up your order details right away. I see the record showing the package status has been stuck. My apologies for the inconvenience and the delay you've experienced. Customer: Inconvenience? This is $246 of my money, and I've been getting nothing but automated messages. I've been waiting for weeks. I need a refund processed immediately. CS Rep: I completely understand. It's unacceptable to have your order in limbo. I will escalate this to our refund department right now and ensure it is processed for you. You should see it reflected within 7-10 business days. Customer: 7-10 business days after all this? Why has this taken so long already? Why couldn't a human help me before? CS Rep: I apologize for the previous difficulties reaching a live agent and for the extended wait for your refund. We are working to improve our response times. I've initiated the refund request, and I'll personally follow up on it to ensure it moves forward promptly.
