Paid for Express, Waited 19 Days... Still No Glasses 😡 A Warning to Shoppers


I'm writing this review as a warning to others. My online shopping experience with this company was beyond frustrating, and I feel compelled to share what happened so you can avoid the same fate. To put it simply, this is a "Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!!" This whole ordeal forced me to contact their customer service, hoping for some kind of resolution.

Customer: Hi, I placed an order on March 30th. I paid for 3-5 day express shipping because I urgently need new glasses, and it's now the 11th day and my order is still in production. What is going on?

CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the delay with your order. Can I please have your order number to look into this for you?

Customer: It’s order #XXXXXX. This is unacceptable. I paid extra for a service I'm clearly not getting.

CS Rep: Thank you. I see your order now. I sincerely apologize for the production delay. I have processed a refund for your $10 express shipping fee. It appears your glasses are now in the final stages and are estimated to ship in the next 24-48 hours.

Customer: A refund is a start, but that doesn't solve my problem. I still have no glasses and it’s been almost two weeks. This whole experience has been terrible.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
