My recent online shopping experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I'm sharing this as a warning to others. My son's new glasses from glassesusa were completely unusable because the pupil distance (PD) was incorrect. What truly frustrated me was that their site doesn't even prompt you for this crucial number, and they just assume a value, leading to faulty glasses. It became painfully clear that you will never be able to reach a human at glassesusa and have a real phone conversation if you call them, so plan on frustration if your glasses are not correct. Email interactions are too slow, causing the process to drag on.
